- Cruise Track Open 9.30am to 2.00pm.

- Rod Stock Pinstripe 11.00am to 1.30pm.
- Craft & Farmers Market 3.00pm.
- Trophy Presentation 4.30pm.

Meguiar's Elite Show n Shine Only entrants will then be directed into the Exhibition Building for the set up of their displays.
All those lucky full entrants can choose to cruise the 1.5k bitumin cruise track which has exits to the Go to Whoa, Spear a Spud/Rod Stock Pinstripe Driving Events (both on seperate bitimun areas) with exit roads leading back onto the cruise track.
The cruise track also provides Full Entrants access to and from the outdoor Meguiar's Show n Shine, Designated Trailer Parking and Campsite areas. Driving Event Times Event Guide Times are just that, if we need to extend the duration time of any Driving event, to cater for Entrant numbers we will. Vehicle Requirements, Pre 1975, Full Rego or Club permitt ONLY, NO unregistered or Blatantly un roadworthy vehicles ( ie: no brakes or exhausts dragin on the ground) will be allowed entry to the event. To keep the Driving Events Fair NO Full Drag Slicks will be allowed on competing Vehicles, a catch can and secure battery is required, no passengers allowed in dicky seats during driving events.
so cruise, play, park or just cut laps all day.
Mini Rods, Due to insurance Limitations, Mini Rods can only participate when accompanied by an Event Entrant, and will be Restricted to Show n Shine Only, as they do not meet the Above Vehicle Requirements.
Unlimited Indoor Meguiar's Show n Shine spots are available, our Indoor judged portion of the show is being relocated into the New 5000sq mtr Exhibition Building for year two, we also plan to add a pre 1975 bobber & chopper class to the itinerary as well as custom push bikes and pre '75 drag cars.
Note, all vehicles displayed inside the exhibition building must remain on their site during public viewing hours, if you have an Elite judged car and wish to compete in the driving event portion of the show please let us know before the event and we will try to allocate a site near an exit door (vehicles may then only be moved under the direction of a Rod Stock Event staff member).
Outdoor Meguiar's Show n Shine will be on the Showgrounds Oval, this will allow those entrants wishing to compete in the driving events to still have their vehicles judged in the Street driven trophy classes.
Meguiar's Show n Shine Judging. For those Entrants that are serious about being Judged, a time will be allocated for street driven vehicles to be bought into the exhibition building for final judging to take place otherwise please make sure your Car is parked on the Oval when Not participating in the Driving Events.

Saturday Night Rock 'N' Roll. Featuring "Ignition" playing from 7.30pm till late, Free entry for Rod Stock & Custom Full Entrants. evening 2 course meal provided,(BYO Drinks TBA), entrant giveaways, charity raffle.
Rod Stock & Custom FREE Entrant Camping, Limited Entrant Camping is avaliable on site so get in early,
All Entrants camping can have either powered or an unpowered site, with the use of toilets and showers.

Camping Set up from Friday 26th Nov 10am, Departure Mon 29th Nov 2009.
An official at Registration will guide entrant to the camping area upon arrival for the weekend.
The Event Promoter reserves the right to alter the event itinerary, event start times and or cancel driving events due to any unforseen circumstances that may arise during the course of the weekend.
